Great build man, love those headlights. But I think painting the grill surround doesn't look as good. I'd stick with leaving it gray, same with the bumper. But it's your truck! do as you like!

MIKEG,

Quick question since you have experience with this maybe you could help me answer this question. What are the chances of replacing the side emblem with one off the rear tailgate. Basically what I will be attempting to do is Have a side emblem without the trim level under it. Any ideas? Also are the holes behind the side emblem behind the F150 portion or also behind the trim level portion. Thanks!!

I don't know if it's possible due to the holes. I have an extra side emblem that I will disassemble and take a pic

What is involved in taking the covers off your side mirrors? I'm planning on sending them out for paint. Great build, BTW!

Pulling them off. It's literally 4 tabs in the center holding them in. Just pull an they come off

What a fine truck! Cool retrofit with the headlights. Gotta say my favorite part though is what you did to the back end. That looks sinister. Very good job! If my truck wasn't two shades of beige, I would do more stuff to mine like what you are doing to yours. Lol!

Nice build, man!

Did u paint your mirror caps and headlights your self ? If so can I have the brand of paint you used ? Really like the head lights going to try doing that during my next off days once parts come in .. Any pointers for a first timer ? Keep up the good work!
