I've got a few more things planned for my truck, purchasing a different exhaust system since what I've got on at the moment was a DIY project, and will be getting an intake and tuner.

Tow hooks removed
It's about time! Spring break is here finally. So one project I have been holding off for a little too long now is painting, my CB antenna install, and fog light overlays.
Today I got started on removing the OE tow hooks to be sanded down, prepped and painted red.
Here's the picture of the tow hooks off:

Tow hooks being painted!
Finally in the process of painting my tow hooks. Already looks very nice and that would only be my first coat of paint. Highly suggest this brand and 2 in 1 paint product.

Painting is finished! Now letting it dry.
I'm going to pick this up again tomorrow since I will be applying clear coat. But here are some of the pictures of the progress. Started around 3:00pm and stopped at 9:00pm

Thanks man. I'll be uploading more pics within the next couple days since I believe my Firestik cb radio stake hole mounts come in today. Plus its been rainy and humid lately which is making the paint not dry as fast. But I'll be updating as I go.

CB Mounts came in and installed!
I was going to have my CB project installed professionally... But the local shop wanted to charge me a fortune... So I did this project myself. Finished up my CB antenna install, pulled the tonnau cover, bed liner and bed caps off. However with me being excited, I forgot to make sure I routed the cables through BEFORE I tightened up the mounts... Needless to say I had to cut the cable with some slack room since the cables basically made a circle from the mounts, going around the driveshaft and all that... So routing after that was a pain in the ***. Oh yeah, and after the 3rd time adjusting, on both mounts, 1 screw wanted to be tough and lock up on the base so now the heads are stripped and the mounts are on there for good... But here's some pictures of the installation.
