Default 2001 4x4 build.

Bought this 2001 supercrew 4x4 for 2,500 with 197xxx. It has rust on the rockers and cab corners. i plan to slowly fix all the problems of course, this is a daily driver/project truck. knew that going into the purchase. so bare with me as this will be slow, but hopefully i'll get something done every week. so here it is as sits, only mod i've done so far is 33 inch nitto mud grapplers. Im partial to the mud grapplers for some reason, it's an expensive one to have, but i have it none the less.

If someone can shed some light on maybe why my doors to not line up properly. A couple of the doors stick out(away from the body) and the lines dont match, it's only noticeable up close, but it bothers me.

Finally got around to Matching the front window tint to the back windows. From the angle of the picture it doesnt look like it matches, but it does.

Does anyone know why this could be happening? The door shuts properly, but it doesnt line up and it annoys me to wit end. could the door just need adjusting? maybe the weatherstipping is the problem?
