My trucks pretty loud but that's cause it's got 2.5" duals and one pipe rusted out under the cab and it's got allot of noise on the highway which I like my last truck I replaced the muffler with pipe and kept it at the stock exit location and that wasn't that loud unless you got after it and sounded great I thought got allot of compliments but Idk if thatll pass inspection if you have it in your state

I would get a new one mainly because it looks better than the one currently on the truck. It has surface rust all over it. I probably could clean it up though and maybe paint it too. I don't know. I have the link to it saved on my computer in case I chose to get it. Better to know I can get it in the case I need to replace it, instead of having to try finding the page again

It's ok and I've looked at tips, but just haven't found any I'm happy with or that I like. And who doesn't like saving money

So I got my truck back today from my neighbor who was borrowing it, and I wanted to look under the dash to see whether I would need to do the zip tie mod or not, and it Definitely looks like I'll be doing that. Lol. There's a lot of slack there.. I'd say maybe an inch or maybe a little less.

And do you know of any good high temp paint? I'm looking for flat black. I've looked at rustoleum and they seem pretty good.
