Ok, I've been out of town for awhile but i'm back. So updates:
I pulled the instrument cluster and cleaned the dust out of it (and replaced all burnt out bulbs, it looks magical all lit up properly but my cell phone pics don't do it justice). On that note they make it wayyy too hard to change those bulbs.
Replaced the steering wheel with one from the salvage yard, not more broken up foam for me!
Drop shackles! With grease fittings! dropped the truck 1.5", i think it looks noticeably better. Plus now i don't have to worry about blowing out the shocks when i go over bumps.
The truck actually rides a lot nicer with the beefier leaf springs in the back, I think my old ones were just toasted.

Do you all like rake? Because i hear you like rake? But seriously folks this insane amount of rake is temporary. I need to buy some drop shackles to compensate for my beefier leaf springs and bring it to stock height.
Do any of you have a 4x4 97-03 they could measure the hub center to fender flare for me? I'm not even sure what my height was.
