I would agree with a meet. Not sure how many people from the Wichita area are on here though. I know Mxer from work, but there have been few people from around here that I've seen. Plus if we do a meet in the city limits we'll probably have to go through some type of permit or something. Still be cool though.

Hmmm, I didn't think about permits, but we could always do something simple and meet up at a tgif parking lot or something lol!

I know twin peaks has bike night so I don't know why we couldn't see if a couple businesses would do it. I'm sure one of the Ford dealerships might do it, but they would have salesmen there trying to push new trucks. Haha.

Have any closer-up of the hood? Love the look and want to plasti-dip mine like that but I've never used the stuff before. Any advice?

Holy ****... I was googling images of F150's with sport bars when I came across this thread. I'm from Salina, but live in Wichita. I would love to have a meet and check out some other trucks. I especially want to check out your bed sport bar as I'm debating cutting holes in the bed caps.

Looks like the Wichita F150's are growing. Lol. Now all we need to do is find somewhere to hold a meet or jump in on a car show or something. I think the Automobilia Show is back on and I know the Blacktop Nationals are still gonna happen. Not sure what else aside from maybe Starbird's car show this year.

I like that hood Hammer. What did you do to your mirror caps?

You know they do Cars and Coffee the third Saturday of every month... yes I realize it's "cars", but just as many Raptors and hideous "Reapers" show up as well.


The mirror caps are not "LED strips" as mentioned below. They are the first set of LED light bar caps for shoulder/ditch lighting. I was a little skeptical about the output and angle of them, but with those on and my 20", I have a great 120-140 degree view in front and to the sides of the truck. No more wondering if that's a dear ahead on these old Kansas two lanes. They are made by Oracle if you're interested...
