Looks so much better. Ford couldn't make wood grain look good until 2013. Now they've got this open-pore style matte finish stuff on the Lariat that looks pretty good.

I like the carbon fibre!

Yeah I was debating between the black wood & 2 shades of carbon fiber. Metrorestyling will send samples of the vinyl before you buy. It's a 3" x 5" square, think it was like 99 cents each. I ordered 3 diff styles before I bought the roll.

I can do it for you. How in depth you need? You could also check out this video.

Check it out & let me know if you have specific questions or still want a write up.

Default Stereo bezel vinyl wrap

It took quite awhile to take apart the center console and all the door panels off. All the pieces were relatively easy to wrap except for the radio piece. I had to end up cutting two pieces for the bottom section. You can hardly see the seams but it was just frustrating.

The door panels I just traced the plastic pieces then cut the vinyl leaving a 1/8" surround to leave room for error/wrap edges.

Entire process took about 10 hours (including take apart & re-assemble). It was my first experience with vinyl wrapping so I definitely took my time. Patience and heat gun or hair dryer are the key!
Hi!
How do you vinyl wrap curbs?
This is my first project, and I am having a hard time wrapping the stereo bezel with all the curves in it.
I have s 2013 ford f150, and I don't want to keep wasting material, I already say videos, but I guess it takes practice!
Any help is appreciated!
Yours looks great by the way!
