Default Interior wood grain delete: Vinyl wrap carbon fiber

I purchased 5'x2' roll of 3M Scotchprint 1080 Carbon Fiber Vinyl Flex Wrap Black from Metrorestyling. The product itself was great. If you do buy make sure you buy plenty of the primer as well. I ran out about halfway thru. I meant to take lot more pics but got caught up in the process.

It took quite awhile to take apart the center console and all the door panels off. All the pieces were relatively easy to wrap except for the radio piece. I had to end up cutting two pieces for the bottom section. You can hardly see the seams but it was just frustrating.

The door panels I just traced the plastic pieces then cut the vinyl leaving a 1/8" surround to leave room for error/wrap edges.

Entire process took about 10 hours (including take apart & re-assemble). It was my first experience with vinyl wrapping so I definitely took my time. Patience and heat gun or hair dryer are the key!

I love the look of the wood grain and tan interior. The grey and wood grain, not so much. It flows so much better now, good work.

The only wood grain I like in these trucks is the "black" wood in the 2008 limited and I just searched and they make "Blackwood" vinyl so I will definitely be doing the interior of my centurion with it.
