Well guys... I traded in the F150 last Saturday. Going in a completely different direction from the lifted Ford.
I purchased a 2012 Silverado extended cab, Blue granite metallic, peanut butter and tan interior, remote start, back up camera, 5.3L with the 6 speed automatic. I'll be starting with the interior in this one.

Thanks yall, static drop for now I dont want to cut the frame while I have bumper to bumper. Going 4/7 on 26s, wheels are a good bit out since Im going with forgiato.
Honestly it was for the best, I was blowing more money fixing the f150 than enjoying it so the second it started burning oil it was time for it to go.

Ivan, hows it going man?! Its been awhile since I have been on here....Sorry to hear you also got rid of your truck. Looked like you had it up pretty nice at the end.
It also looks like me and you both went away from Ford after we got rid of our F150's...haha. I got an 08 Mustang GT and did a bunch of stuff too it but then realized I just hate cars and am not a car guy. It was fun to drive but attracted too many stupid kids (funny, cuz im still only 26) trying to race and it also wasnt practical in the snow (ya know, that white stuff you southerners never see..haha). Well anyways, about a month ago I had to get back into a truck and decided on a 2014 Ram 1500 5.7. I love the thing. The interior isnt as nice as the F150 but the ride is smooth and holy hell does it have power with the 400hp Hemi. I also have the 8-speed tranny and 3.92 gear ratio. For the first 1000 miles I have had it, I have been getting 20mpg combined.
The mpg has now gone back down to Ford territory as last weekend I lifted it and put 37's on it. I just couldnt stay away from the lifted trucks. Suits me better. I feel like it fits my 6'6 frame better too than the Stang did....
Here she is...not a great pic but all I gotta say is it is MASSIVE.
It is higher than my 8" BDS kit was on the F150. On the Ram, I have a 6" Zone with Bilsteins set at 2.8". 37x13.5 Toyo's with 18x10 Fuel Trophy's.
I hope you enjoy your new Chevy as I know I will enjoy my new Ram. I still believe Ford is the working mans truck but I dont regret getting my Ram at all.
Anyways, I just wanted to share the update and wish you luck in your next build. I'll try to remember to check in and see how yours goes. Im sure you are already part of a Chevy forum as I am part of the Ramforumz but I noticed it doesnt get nearly the traffic this one got and I am sure gets on a daily basis.
Take care!

Love the dodge, it looks great. I actually looked at a few 4x4 dodges but couldn't pass up the deal I got on the Silverado. I'm enjoying it so far, should be dropped this week and I have some 24s laying around.

My old build thread is at over 100 pages so I figured I'd make a new one where everything will be easy to find. And the truck is undergoing another rebuild this year.
A bit of the current state of the truck.

Wheels and Tires: 22x11 -25mm offset KMC XD Series Diesels with custom simulated beadlocks, 325/50r22 Nitto Trail Grapplers.
Exterior:
N-fab Front Light bar with 4 6" LED lights
N-fab Roof Mount bracket with 50" LED lightbar
N-fab Rear Runner with 2 6" LED lights
N-fab Step bars
Headlights Q45 Projector Retrofit, Flashtech Colorshift Halos
Interior:
Black/Grey Leather with Red Stitching
Custom Build Center Console 3.2 cubes tuned at 35hz
4 RE Audio SRX10s Subs

I bought the truck completely factory on 03/19/2011 and originally lifted it on 17x9 Fuel Hostages and figured that would be it.
