Got some work done today

I figured since the condenser needs to replaced for a functional AC system, Im just going to remove what I can and purchase a bypass pulley from rockauto.

Old belt

Lots of room to get to the manifolds now

Tensioner new vs old

Alternator old vs new. Pulley is a bit different as expected with a 130 amp upgrade.

If your doing a project like this get a million tupperware containers to organize your bolts / screws your going to need it.

A few things done today, got the body lift on the cab and was rather easy.

Removed leaf springs, old blocks and grinded out old shackles/shock mounts

Spared all the U bolts and hardware

POR15 the rear frame, axle, and under the cab. Just waiting on the shackles and leaf springs. Next order of business is removing the manifolds.

Small update, new door pins and bushings from LMC. Both doors close fully with the smallest push with zero vertical play.

Upper

Lower
