I'll send ya a message. I made about 10 cardboard templates before I got one that worked then modeled the mount off that but I could be missing something.

Well I've only had them on since noon today and went for about a 10 minute drive with them tonight and so far they work pretty good. Not near as bright as the rigid d2 driving that I had there before but still put out plenty of light and are legal. Once I get the rigids mounted I'm going to see if I can run those with my high beams. I also have a stack of other LEDs that I am going to try to put somewhere.
As for wiring in the high beams, it's possible with ours, but a little difficult. You'll find that the wire is very flimsy (22G?). I have it all pulled from the headlight and then back into the cab where I share the feed for the high beams across all of my switches.

Kind of like me. Now that we are again at the point where we have almost 18-20 hours of daylight, I won't have much of an opportunity to really use my fogs.

When I had my first 20" SR installed they wired it all through the high beams, so technically, someone else did most of the work for me. Now I've just expanded/modified what they did the first time. Now I wouldn't have it any other way.

That might be a rainy day project for me.

Going to send out the order for the hood brackets on Tuesday when I get to work. Hopefully get those in my hand by late Wednesday or Thursday to try for the weekend. I figure I'll just get them bare steel until I know they work then order some powder coated ones. Then on to making a bracket for my light bar.

Ran the wires for the hood lights tonight. Each bracket will be $9.72 powder coated and delivered so I can't complain about that. I also got bored and decided my bicycle needed some leds. A drill battery, some wire and a little luck later and I can night ride. It should work.

I'd heard that if you wrap the ac lines in water pipe insulation it'll help cool better. For $1.80 I figured I couldn't go wrong. Hopefully it helps a little.
