Hi Ecoengineer, good too know the catch can works
Do you have the airbox routing or the one with the "T" fitting? I just bought one myself but I didn't install it yet I had problem closing the hood. Great customer service from UPR though, I told them that and I need to send them pictures see what's the problem. Maybe I have done something wrong, maybe I did not rotate the can itself the right way, I don't know...Did you had a hard time to close the hood or it touches but it doesn't affect anything when your trying to close it?

I was supposed to get the one that goes into the airbox but I got the one with the T fitting. It still works so I wasn't too concerned. What I did was rotate the can as far to the driver side as possible then get the hoses to lay on top of each other vertically. Mine still touches the grille bracket when it closes but not enough to be a concern of mine. Those are really good hoses so you shouldn't have a problem with them rubbing and wearing through. Hope this helps.

Redid my engine cover last night. Painted the same color as my truck. Also going in today to get the front windows tinted and a strip across the windshield.

Just got the gen 6 ssi tunes from Shawn.... going to put those on once I change the spark plugs and gap them down. I can't wait to see how good they are coming from the gen 4 tunes that I had.

So the catch can works..... That's not a full size solo cup but still about 6 to 8 ounces of mostly water a little oil and a little gas...it smells like gas anyways not sure how much is actually in there. This was after about 120 miles of driving....

Had a minor issue with the tunes sent to me. I think he grabbed the wrong strategy when he built them but he worked with me and got it sorted out. Just got new ones today for it and he upgraded them to Gen 7 tunes so we'll see how well those do this weekend.
