Default DysfunkshunILL build

So, here goes! I traded in my 2005 King Ranch F150 with 75k for a 2012 F150 FX4 with 36k. I needed a little more room in the back for 2 growing kids, plus I really wanted that ecoboost! I got up early on a Saturday, drove 5 hours up, signed paperwork, and hit the road back. We'll start with a pic of the truck from the website I bought it from:

First thing I did was swap out all the interior lights for LEDs:

Next up, I blacked out the emblems, tail lights, and headlights:

After that, I went for the 2.5" front/1.5" leveling kit (thanks to this forum!) so I could put a new set of BFG KO2s on in 305/55r20

I found a Lund Genesis trifold soft tonneau on sale from Amazon

To be continued....

I scored an aFe Stage 2 CAI from another member:

I ordered a new set of headlights with switchback indicators

I've also added an Edge CTS2 tuner, trying to keep those MPGs up!

Next is a Heartthrob exhaust, should be here tomorrow. After that, who knows! Thanks for taking a peek at my little build, hope you enjoyed!

Looks awesome, I almost got the same truck in an extended cab. I love the blacked out app packages. Did you throw HIDs in those headlights by chance?

Yes sir, I called the company and had them install HIDs instead, 6000k to match everything else. I know they're not as good as a retrofit, but they work for me.

I'm in the process of getting mine worked out currently. They aren't very helpful with explaining how they were able to wire everything up, and I didn't call them ahead of time because I wanted to use TRS components. Did they hook you up with the halogen ones and use H7 bulbs or are you using D2S bulbs and ballasts like factory Ford does?

I called before I ordered and they were very helpful at VIPmotoz. I specifically asked for D2S, but they said they couldn't do it. So yeah, I got the H7 HIDs

Do you have any pictures of the kit they sent you, or the wiring of your headlights by chance? I was in the same boat, but the D2S ready ones were out of stock with no ETA and I figured the H7 ones couldn't be that hard to figure out.
