Default Duplicolor Black Chrome kit

Used the kit on an old set of chrome 20s that were given to me by the seller when I bought truck about 3 months ago.

Used actually two kits to do all 4 wheels. 3 coats black, 2 light clear then 2 heavy clear. kit was $17.99/each at oreillys or autozone.

Default Got rims on

Looks good now...we will see how the paint job holds up. I'll probably take them off when the snow rolls around here in Michigan.

I want to get some more aggressive tires, but maybe in the spring.

He wouldn't have to ditch the running boards. I'm considering spray liner for my running boards with a texture that has decent grip. Just an idea.

I'm not sure what kind of responses you are going to get - this is a 3.5 year old thread

Not looking for a response. Just posting a suggestion for anyone else who comes across this thread (like I did) and is looking for ideas.
