Default Chrome loving slow build

I guess Ill start a build thread on here.

Here it is, Its a 2011 (New to Me) f150.

Its got the 5.0 with 70K miles on it.

I have had it for around a month now and I love it.

It is a super crew with the 6.5 foot bed

It has the offroad package (Full Skid plates and 3:73 Elocker rear)

Unlike most of the member on this forum I am a fan of chrome and I have no plans on plastidipping anything on this truck. LOL

It will be a slow build that will occur when I have funds.

Plans as of right now

Leveling kit either 2" or 2.5" cant decide which
275/70r18 Toyo at2s
Hopefully these will happen when I get my tax return

Other than that I plan on putting a 20" led bar where the front license plate is(hopefully my wife will get it for my B day)

Things I would like to do in the future is Fox 2.0s on every corner

Right now only mods I have done is husky liner floor mats and spent some time with a wire brush and rustolieum underneath trying to do damage control on some rust since it came from the North

I live in eastern NC
Now for the pictures

Nice truck, good luck with it. Sterling gray is a great color! Chrome is cool! Build it how you like it, its your truck and your money.

Here are some pictures of the Husky Liners

Also i replaced the rotors and brake pads on it the other day. The dealer threw in new rotors and pads and took 500 off the purchase price because when I showed up the pads were warped and they could not do the back ones at the shop because they did not have the brake shoes for the parking break. They changed the front ones and I ended up doing the rear ones myself and didnt even have to replace the shoes. So that worked out well

Not really a mod but here is some stuff I keep in my truck at all time.

I have 3 tool bags that I keep in there

The first just has jumper cables

The second has 2 20 ft tow straps, 2 D ring Shackles, 1 tree saver strap(for a winch but I don't have a winch yet so I just use it as another strap) and one receiver D ring Shackle.

The third bag just has the basic tools in case I need them.
I call these bags my GO KIT

I also have a pair of coveralls that I keep in the truck just in case I have nice clothes on.

Not really a mod but I decide to bed liner my fender wells and I had a little bit of rust on the inside of the fenders so I decide to cover it up as well.

I bought 2 cans of Duplicolor bedliner for about 12 dollars a piece and some painters tape.

Then I taped off the fenders and paint on the truck.

Sanded everything with 220 and sprayed them with 2 coats

Here is the finished product of the fender bedliner. It turned out pretty good I wish it had a little more texture to it but other than that it did a good job of covering up the little bit of rust I had.

I have a few more mods to add to the list of what I would want.

Tow Mirrors
OEM fender flares either sterling gray or the fx4 off gray look
HID heads and fogs not sure what brand yet something not to expensive
Neoprene seat covers
Camper Shell

Just some other things I have been thinking about.

Finally washed and waxed the truck and took some nice pictures with my wifes camera. Level and tires should be on by the end of next week.
