awesome truck man! i love all the work and detail you put into it. I really like the roof rack i been looking into getting one for my truck also, but having trouble finding the right one. I have an 04 f150 supercrew cab. I have been slowly fixing mine up also and have a truck full of parts that i need to get working on and installed. thanks for the build thread it was cool to follow the build and see everything you did.
this is my truck.. 6" lift on 35s, has side exit exhaust, S&b cold air intake, edge cts tune, fuel krank rims, cooper st maxx tires, iron cross bumper

I just moved out of Oregon, and if you go to the coast beware of the OSP with tires sticking out also. OSP on the Oregon coast can be a pain , they claim tires outside the fenders cause water splash. That's why you see big rigs with the fringe over the tires. They also say they are protecting the tourist industry.

Found it's limit in the desert. Since the raptor shocks are 8" stroke vs stock 6", the extra up travel meant when I caught a little unexpected air that my upper arms were the limiting factor on up travel. So the grade 8 bolts bent and my misalignment spacers pancaked and bent as well. Easy fix, added a 3" leveling kit.

How close are those Raptor coil springs to your frame? Are those stock LCAs? I have no idea why they changed it in '09 but my LCA's aren't as open as that, so I'm going to have to grind mine down. Also, when I tried to install the Raptor shocks the first time the springs contacted the frame. Did you use the two camber plates on top of the shocks?

Where I live in NYC the cops always hated the firemen...
We have a firemen bar here in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn where cops got beat up a few times....
