Made so much noise too lol I thought I broke something for sure when it happened and was pretty relieved to see it was just that. But I need to come up with a better mounting solution for it so for now it's coming out of the bed. Oh and if your wondering where my bed rail cap is, a tree decided it wanted it more than I did while off-roading. The same tree also really liked the window trim on that side too. And then it showered my gf sitting in the passenger seat with broken off branches....she wasn't too happy with me.
I just mounted my hi lift mount to the wall of my bed with spot welds. It hold up greats.

Thanks man! the hi lift is going to be mounted to a roof rack when/if I get one. It's just easier to put it up there. And the 50" is pretty awesome, the only thing that sucks is when I'm chasing another truck thro the desert it lights up the dust like no other.

I like the way you mounted the switches. That looks really clean!

Good build. Thanks for sharing.

another small update on the build: i got a mob armor phone mount in and mounted it to my dash. its basically a phone mount designed by offroaders for offroaders. i really like how it tied my interior together.

then i finally got new bed rail caps to replace the one that the tree stole and my old faded other one. truck now has all the exterior trim, first time since i bought it haha.
