So hence the name, I created this account back with my 2016 2.7. I have a 2020 3.5 stx now. Probably should have done a thread with the 16 since it was 4 years in the making. Fast forward to a 2 year old and another one on the way so I traded for a crew cab.

This was the final state of the 16. I had a rancho quick lift level
add a leafs
285/75/17s on black rhino wheels
leer shell with homemade drawer setup.
The truck was flawless for the 45000 miles I had it. I drove it to the Canadian border twice on hunting and fishing trips.
I picked up the 2020 in January on a heavy markdown. It’s a 101a xl with the “special edition”package that as far as I can tell has black 20” wheels and a stripe.


This is stock the day I bought it. It has everything I wish the 16 had. Full cab, center console, sync3 and the fx4 package and the 3.5 liter Ecoboost.

I figured I wouldn’t do anything else to it (you know how that goes)but so far I’ve added-
black and red fender badges
20% front window tint
Sealight high and low leds
sportsman seat covers from the 16
tailgate assist
tailgate overlay
added oem trailer brake controller (forscan)
fox 2.0 rears

I forscan deleted the auto stop start l and added global windows.


And here’s how she sits now with fox 2.0 fronts waiting on a set of 275/65/20 falkens at the tire shop.

looks like I might have a tad of reverse rake. I’ll measure in the am. If so I’ll give it a week for the springs to “settle” a bit. If not I’ll probably throw on an add a leaf or a block.

Got an alignment done

Other things I’m wanting to do is
-add tow mirrors
-rear wheel well liners
-I need steps. I love the oem stx ones like I had on the 16, but I can’t find any used ones. I’ve considered doing a nerf bar style but ain’t seen enough on f-150s to pull the trigger.
-still on the fence for spacers.

What y’all think on the stripe?

I like the stripe. Haven't seen one like that on a 13 gen before.

Yeah. It gets a lot of compliments. If you google stx fx4 it’s the only way I’ve seen any other ones on the web. There’s another member on here that’s got a black one with the same package and stripe.

Interesting. I like it better than the hockey stick graphics. Kind of a less is more thing.

I get compliments and asked if that’s how it came ??? Just added SE headlights also, I think that would pop in white!!
Just a suggestion.

Yeah im definitely wanting some se headlights. I’m not crazy about the tails but I haven’t seen any aftermarket ones I’m crazy about either.

2.7 ecoboost with 3.55 rear. Bought in December looked at lead foot, white, silver, and magnetic.
I should start my own thread lol
Raptor grill lights, raptor taillights, raptor steering wheel, SE headlights, Lariat led fogs , XLT black emblems,led third brake light. Bedrug impact mat, F1 bakflip. Painted skull caps.
