Also, I prefer the straight axle over the ttb of the same years. I like the 78/79 fords, but the k10s were easier to find for cheap.
I think you should still do some of your planned mods to the f150, I was looking forward to seeing the exoskeleton roll cage thing

Lol that was one of my favorite planned mods, right behind the solid axle swap.

Do it anyway no one has to know you don't actually off road with it anymore, do it to turn the heads

I just read the entire thread. I was on page 1 and wanted to look at it when I got home. Lol. Didn't happen until now. Looks like you have a decent start on your offroad Chevy rig. Nice mods to the Ford though.
