Exactly! Hahaha

Although you have to admit that if it had windows and a new trans it would be really cool.

Well I've been trying to figure out what my next course of action will be on this truck, it's hard balancing 3 builds at once and living/business expenses so bear with me on them lol but I'm trying to get my hands on a 79 1 ton 4x4 chassis which I then plan to set up with radius arms up front and 4 links in the rear. I found some more frame damage on the truck that I can't fix so I'd like to beef the hell out of the 1 ton chassis, then swap over my new engine and the body. I'm going to set it up at about 4.5-5" of lift then add a 1" body lift so I can run a ZF5 manual transmission. The axles will be gone through, disk brake swapped in the back, and everything will be freshly painted or powdered before assembly.

Is a manual swap difficult for these trucks? I'm definitely wanting a manual but a lot of the decent trucks are autos

Lol I hear you. So 9 months to find a frame and trans and swap everything over? That really sounds doable. I cant wait to see how you tackle it.
