I believe it was plain and simple that had done it first in an avalanche.

It appears they drilled holes in the center of the reflector and put in red leds.

Oh I know how to make it light up red and all, just curious how it's mounted and everything lol

I believe the one plainansimple made the entire thing was backlit for the brake lights.

That's why I wanted to get the ducktail spoiler thing for the top of my cab. I was going to remove the third brake light, fill it in and flush mount a sr 40" bar and also use it has the third brake light. But I ended up finding the ducktail spoiler for the tailgate so that's not gonna happen. Maybe chop my cab up and put a sr 10" flush mounted. It would be interesting to see how they got it to stay in that hole.

Yeah that's what has me intreauged. I'd probably run an SR 20" on mine. I know how to do all the sheet metal work, it's just the mounting of the bar that has me scratching my head lol
