Braupe's 2011 F150 4X4 Coyote Lariat Build Thread!
Hello All,
I just thought I should start a little build thread for my latest pickup. I bought the truck used on 12-24-15 with 82k miles on it. 2 weeks later I am at 84k miles, and have a good idea of what I want this truck to end up being.
All I have done so far is changed the spark plugs to NGK's, and gapped them correctly to .044. The stock plugs were gapped to .060-.065 at 84k miles. I have also changed the back up lights to brighter LED's which really help in the dark mornings.
At the moment I have a K&N CAI in the mail, as well as a Gibson Dual Sport Cat back. I will post updates at that time .
Future plans consist of a tune of some sort (MPT or 5 star, I am open to suggestions), the Kicker OEM upgrade kit, a small crossover tool box to mount mountain bike fork mounts, raptor 17" wheels, and either bilsteins 5100's, or a fox 2.0 setup. Thats pretty much it so far, but I am sure this list will change about 12423443322216 times.
Here are some pics:

My K&N noise maker came in today. 15 mins later it was ready to howl! This motor sure needs some dressing up. Here is a quick comparison of the stock intake vs the K&N. The truck was 100% stock.

I installed the cat back last night, and man is it perfect! Just loud enough. Just quiet enough. Zero Drone. The only Drone I have is from the K&N!
