I'm definitely getting fender flares. I'm pretty sure that I want the bushwacker extend-a-fenders color matched to my truck. Lund and some other companies are making good stuff though. There's a set of the bolt on look flares on Craigslist right now, but I'm not sold on the fake bolts. That's the really long way of saying that I'm still undecided on the exact type of flares I want. Lol.
I put the Extend-A-Fenders on mine and one of my favorite mods to date. I'm not a fan of the pocket style flares as much. Your truck is coming together very nicely!

I want to make my truck look mostly like yours. I just can't decide between 4" and 35's or 6" and 35's. Any regrets?

No regrets at all. Go with the 6" lift. Anything smaller and you'll regret it. As soon as these 35's are worn I'll be jumping to 37's.

Definitely recommend tuning the truck after lifting. At minimum, detach the battery overnight so the TCM will rest and re-learn how it feels to "wear" 35s.

The only issues I've had with the tire/wheel combo I have is that I throw mud all over the place when I'm off-road. I really need to get a set of flares on, but I figure I'll get around to it eventually.

I finally got around to the tint. I'll try to throw some pictures up tomorrow. Flares are still a couple of months out.
