Well I found it for $250 shipped with butyl tape so I pulled the trigger!

Thanks again for links, looks easy enough to do.

Do you think a heat gun would help with removal of old butyl?

Your welcome bud. I am not sure i live in florida so it was pretty warm when i did it. It isnt hard to remove just really sticky. I ended up using alittle adhesive remover for any strings from the butyl. Lol I could not remember what that was called. Keep us updated on the progress. Feel free to ask questions or i can send my cell number.

Could you post some pictures of how you mounted your 20" lightbar? Inside bracket, look from the side, maybe a shot of the light at night?

I have the same 6 bar grill and am torn between installing 2 rigid d2s beside the license plate, relocating the license plate and placing a 20" in the lower bumper, or doing exactly what you did. Just not sure how the final finish of cutting the grill would look up close.

Thanks and nice truck!

Where did you run the wire for the light bar. Along the bottom of the hood?

If you look at the last picture. I ran the wire to the engine cover under the hood. ran inside of that to driver side and then ran do left a little slack to inside of engine compartment, I can take pictures tomorrow if you want to see how I did that.

So you just used a piece of angle iron from Home Depot for that light bar mount? Love your build and info! Thank you!
