Hey guys! Been around the forms for about a week or two now thought it was about time to make one of these. First let me start by introducing myself. My name is Brian, I live in Maryland and i am 20 years old. I work for a property management company. Now onto my truck. I have a lovely 1997 F-150 XL 2WD with the 4.2L V6 in it. I love my truck! I cant wait to see what it becomes with the help of these forms thank you all for your input!

This is her as she sits now. I will post everything that i have done so far.

first thing i did was change out the head unit this is a pioneer DEH P9400BH

then i added Sirius to it

after that the next thing to get was a radar detector i decided on the Valentine 1. this is when i learned that both power plugs stay on all the time. after learning this i used a relay for one of the outlets and now it goes on with the truck.

then i thought it would be cool the have a CB radio so i started doing my research and decided to go with two 4' firestick 2 antennas problem was mounting them. I REALLY dont like drilling holes in my truck so that was out of the question. i finally found these mounts. they use the cargo tie down spots in the bed. made by firestick too


then came time to mount the radio i decided under the dash was the best place. (i dont like the placement after all) so i mounted the radio. also the mic hangup i decided under the vent would be the best place.

If you didnt already notice, the rims have been painted mat black and i added all terrains.

Man that long bed is loooong. I couldntdrive it id hit everythong lol. You should level it, and ptm the grill surround.
