So I was able to complete the decals for the truck. Pictures below!
Also I decided against fender flares, I just wasn't 100% sold on the look with them on. So instead I applied some clear bra material down the rockers of the truck to protect them from the wheel debris. Three things remain for the exterior, a Moody Blue tailgate oval overlay, swapping out the bumpers for PTM ones, and painting the grille surround. I can't decide to go blue our black on the grille surround, any suggestions?

Looking great. I would say go black it would flow pretty well since you did part of the tailgate black. blue wouldnt look bad, I just think black would look better

I would suggest not doing it with plasti dip. I thought of that first, but really the vinyl decal was only $50 retail, (I traded some work for it so it only cost me some of my time). Your shop might be more or less, but it was worth it, and I think it is a much sharper look than plasti dip can achieve.

I was finally able to find someone who wanted chrome bumpers on their truck and got lucky that they had a blue flame truck with painted bumpers! So now all I have left is the chrome grill, which will soon turn blue!
