Default B4manek's "Big Red" F250 build

Last weekend I picked up this 2000 Ford F250 Lariat. It's a nice truck but it needs some work.

As you can see it's a pretty clean truck other than this one annoying spot of rust. I ordered a replacement cab corner and I plan on installing it in a week or so.

There is also a list of other things that I plan to do to it.
1. Cab corner repair
2. Bedline rocker panels
3. Running boards
4. Seat covers
5. New mirrors (One is broken. Might replace with newer style ones)
6. Tonneau cover (current one is worn out)
7. Figure out what's wrong with temp/compass overhead pod thing.

Well it looks like I'll be replacing the cab corner on Saturday.

Anybody know how to remove this?

I wouldn't bed line the rockers I would just remove those black strips off of the side. And if you replace the mirrors you should go with the 08+ style they are so much better then those old ones. Also a Harley Davidson front end ptm would look sharp!

The bedliner wasnt my first choice but it covers up the repair so I dont have to match the paint and it covers the chips and scratches.

Well the plan was to do the repair today but the supplies didn't come in so it'll have to wait until next Saturday.
