Also, if anyone finds the seller of that lower grill on ebay I would be grateful if you posted it up. I did a quick search but didnt find anything close to that.

Thanks. I am going to fab something up this weekend with left over expanded metal but if it doesnt turn out well I will look into one of those.

Experimented with PTM on one flare today with rather poor results.

The textured plastic seems to effect the color match and it is quite obvious in the sunlight.

Funny thing is I did not like the look with Krylon and clear coat either.

Oh well, looks like I'll save $75 on spray bombs and hit them with rocker guard instead. That way they'll match the running boards and they should look alright.

Yeah if you were going to ptm them I would sand all the texture out of them.

Made a little more progress this weekend.

Got my OEM flares coated with asphalt undercoating. I really like the look now.



Shows the texture.



Got my vent trim Plasti-dipped.





Tinted my tail lights with VHT Night Shades. Still have some "orange peel to sand/polish away.





Blacked out my ovals.





Re-installed my lower grille.
