Beautiful truck! It's crazy what a nice set of wheels/tires and a new grille can do haha. That's the first thing I do on all my vehicles, new wheels/tires.

Kicking around the idea of replacing the led tails with a set of factory tail lights. Then eventually putting leds in the factory housing.
Don't ask why......I just can't leave stuff alone

I say go back to factory and put LED bulbs in it. That'll look nice. I'm waiting for my tax return so I can buy new black housing headlights from the Sport Special Edition F150's. I also might do Katzkin leather, not sure yet.

Oh I hear ya, my step dad is worse. Every time he buys a new vehicle, the first words out of his mouth are "oh I'm not touching this vehicle". By the following weekend, not even 7 days, he's already messing with something haha. It's what we do.

So, since I wasn't thrilled with the exhaust and I went back and had it dumped.
Not the best pic to show but the piping still goes up and over the axle and exits behind the axle. As far as sound, absolutely incredible. Loud, deep and one hell of a bark when it down shifts. What surprised me though is the drone didn't get any worse. Now I'm happy.
Before anyone asks, the thing hanging off the rear leaf shackle is what's left of the Roush hanger.

Well guys, seriously considering selling the truck. I love this thing, definitely my favorite of the 4 12th gens I've owned but we are house shopping....again.
I can't think of anything else I'd rather have as a daily driver, except a raptor but that won't help my situation lol. Freeing up some money and stepping down to a vehicle in the high teens, low 20k would allow me to spend about another 40k on a house which drastically opens up our options compared to what we are currently looking at. Debt to income ratio is the factor here. For those that know the financial world, the purchase of another vehicle wouldn't happen until after a house purchase.
Trucks similar in options with more miles (I'm at 25k and most 13/14's are around 40-50k around here) are going for 36-38k on dealer lots. Obviously I'm not going to get that private party but threw it on craigslist this morning for 35,500. NADA/KBB private here is high 34, low 35k. I had a buddy at a Ford dealership do a quick appraisal via email and he said trade would be 32k. I don't particularly feel like losing my butt going that route.
Basically I'm talking...err rather typing out loud. Conclusion: House shopping is painful.

Dang man, I'm sorry to hear that. Family does come first. That is great looking truck.
I found a 2012 Platinum for down here for $20k. It has 130k on the clock.
