Do you have any more pics of your truck that show the Go Rhino running boards? Maybe a side shot to show how low the brackets hang under the truck and a shot down the side showing how far they stick out.

Considering these, but I am having a hard time finding pictures of any trucks with them.

Looks amazing!! Too bad us Canadians have to ruin the front bumper with a front license plate. Been looking for ideas on how to mount mine without ruining the aesthetics. I'm gonna steal some of your ideas for mine

Dont worry, 31 of our 50 states require a front plate as well.

I had the same problem - they sit nice and tight, I wanted something more like a slider, and less like a step bar, more for protection than for good looks.

I have to say - I LOVE THEM - They are apparently modeled after the raptor steps but I didn't know that when purchasing them.

They are VERY stout, and sit very close. As a rock slider they probably won't hold up to big stuff, but they do help with rock/dirt/mud spray without being ungodly. They use the factory mounting points. However the way they are attached allows them to be adjusted back and forward depending on what kind of fitment you want.

Thanks! I like clean and functional. Steal all you want - I spent alot of time thinking about how I wanted to build this - and i'm not done yet.

The front plate I had all sorts of thoughts on - I was going to do a fairlead mount, but in the end, I did this sort of hang off the bumper (there are two holes in the bumper for it BTW) and it's out of the way, fine, and i've never been given a hard time about it.

Wish there was an offset mount like the 11-14 EB. I like that look better than the centered plate.

Thanks for the pics. Those are exactly what I am looking for. I had sliders on my previous truck and I wanted something close to the body like that for my Lariat but I don't really need true sliders for this truck.

The steps that came with the truck from Ford do not seem very sturdy. These look like they are very well built.

YEah i'll be honest - your requirements - are exactly what I wanted too - I wanted more of a protector than a step - These are pretty stout. I'm sure if I put all 5,000lbs of truck on one of them they would bend, it would probably save my tub from total destruction or at least limit it.

I'm super pleased with them, the look was exactly what I wanted, I hate chrome. I was like you, I saw them, the pics online were horrible, I took a leap of faith and was super happy how it came out.

good luck - post some pics when you get yours on.

Here is a quick update...

I've been working on figuring out my warning light system for some time - i've finally got it sorted out, gear is on the way, here's the schematic. As I build I will post photos.

The central controller is a Feneix 4200 Mini, which has built in relays, and enough power to do what I need, it also has a built in flasher for my rears which will be the rear brake lamp, and reverse lights.

A Whelen Dominator is going in the back window, and 4 lights are going on the front grille, as well as lights to replace the useless mini markers.
