Yes I have noticed this too. I never tried to read my truck when it was stock so I am not sure if it is whipple's calibration that causes this, or if it was like it from new.

Just for future reference....after updating to the latest cal and 3.5" pulley, my truck had a misfire at 5000+ rpm. I pulled and regapped the plugs down to .028" and it cleaned it up, so if anyone else runs across it that's how you fix it. The new cal and pulley increased the cylinder pressure just enough for the issue to show up.
The ecoboost trucks commonly have this same problem. I had to regap the plugs on my 2011 eb twice in 50k miles.

You are in for a surprise!!! My truck pulled good before, but now it is a monster!!!
