Thanks guys! It's probably going to be slow progress for a while, our priorities have shifted to finding some property with a decent structure on it (or building one) and then hitting up a shutdown/turnaround or two to money back up.
I'll have some updates here and there and if anyone wants any pictures of specific things I'd be happy to oblige.

Very nice mods on both trucks. Those are two of my favorite colors on these trucks. When I bought mine, I was between the grey, the blue jeans, and ruby red.

Okay, I have a quick little update, my LED bed light kit showed up today so we went ahead and installed it.
As I mentioned previously, I would have been much better off if I had installed this kit before I had the spray-in bedliner done, as it was we had to cut around the factory holes so the lights and switch would actually lock into place. We were not looking forward to doing this as the Line-X is very tough and it sticks quite well to the bed.
The whole kit. This includes a new rear harness, the individual light and switch harnesses, the lights and the switch.
That's as far as the light would go in with the bed liner on there.
My brother did a nice job on the passenger side cutting out for the light.
Once we had the Line-X cut back we snapped the lights and switch in, then started on replacing the rear harness. Other than removing the spray in bedliner this is an easy job, I'd imagine it wouldn't take most people more than 1-2 hours to complete. Just so anyone thinking about doing this knows, to remove and replace the rear harness you have to pull the taillights and it makes it a heck of a lot easier as well if you drop the spare tire to the ground.
With the harness replaced all we had left to do was hook the battery back up, enable the Bed Lights in FORScan and make sure everything worked.
Passenger side light snapped in.
Driver's side light and switch installed.
Enabling the Bed Lights in FORScan, I think this was associated with the BCM.
They are definitely bright, especially with the tailgate closed and looking right at them.
Passenger side light on.
The supervisor decided to stop by and make sure our work was acceptable.
She wasn't real pleased with the job I did cutting the Line-X out, but I bribed her with a can of Chicken and Cheese soft food to let it pass inspection.
That's pretty much it for the 2nd stage of this build, I may have a little project I'm considering doing that I'll post up next week some time if I get it done.

Thank you. I think Ford did a really good job on the color selection for the F150, I don't think there was a single color available that I didn't like, although I can say I probably wouldn't have went with Black, White, or Silver.
