Looks beastly with that hood! Was it painted to match? Any daylight shots with the hood installed? More details about that hood, please!

Thanks! I originally wanted to do the RK Sport ram air hood. But for $1100 then plus paint and install I was looking at just under 2 grand. So I seen another 15 F150 in my area with this hood scoop so I decided to do the same as they did. And for $400 all said and done I couldn't complain.

Thanks! It's actually not a full hood it's just a hood scoop. But I'm surprised how good it flows with the hood it almost looks OEM. It was painted to match, all said and done I paid $400 for everything. So a fair bit cheaper than going with a full aftermarket ram air hood. I'm away on a shift at work and I don't have my truck with me right now, but I'll try to get some better pics when I get back from work next week. If your interested the part # for the scoop is AVS 80005.

FX-F150, your truck looks awesome. Thanks for sharing your post & updates along the way. There don't seem to be many 4" lifted trucks out there, so its great to see yours with the write-ups!

in regards to the mudflaps, are they 1" or 1.5" offset?

Note you can put different styled Gatorback mudflaps with these brackets, and you can run either 12" or 14" flaps depending on which bracket you go with and how wide your wheel offset is.
