Default 2014 XLT 4x4 "Work Truck" Build

So this is my first build, not trying to get crazy but it will be kind of a rolling advertisement for my business in the near future so I want it to stand out. It's a 2014 XLT 4x4 Supercrew w/ offroad package, 302A, 5.0. I swapped the tails out for the FX4's and the ebony HID assemblies are on their way. Also have a tuxedo black fx4 grille, but I'm thinking about doing the tremor grille just not sure about either one but the chrome has to go. I'm not trying to convert to an FX4, just going to black it out mostly and maybe throw in some accent colors somewhere idk we'll see. I'll keep posting pics as I progress, feedback is welcome!

Looking good! One of the first couple mods I did was get rid of the side steps and black out the mirror reflectors.

Thanks! What did you use to black out the reflectors? I'm so focused on all of the chrome I overlooked those little orange things! I do plan on removing the steps when I level it and put wheels/tires on if only to give it a more lifted look. Would like to put the amp power's on but it might be a while before I can justify the $$ for those.

You can mask off the markers and spray them with plasti dip. That way if you don't care for the look you can peel it off.

This^, its cheap, easy to do, and is not permanent! That sounds badass! With or without the amps.

Here it is with the new grille on, REALLY makes me hate the chrome even more... The ebony hid housings were supposed to go on today too but the driver's side one I received had some scratches on the lens and one of the upper tabs was cracked so it's going back! I want to do something with the grille emblem (and the tailgate emblem as well) but I don't want to plastidip over the whole thing, does anyone know if those overlays on ebay are any good?

The grille I took off is now for sale if anyone is interested (minus the emblem), and the headlight assemblies will be as well.

How much are you selling the grille for?
