Damn thats pretty solid height boost from stock to now. I measured my truck and It seems like I was off on my measurement after I got the Ranchos. My height is:

Front 38.75"
Back 40.25"

And that's with a rancho quick lift and BFG KO2s 275/70r18. Since I didn't measure before I cant tell how much height I gained from the tires and how much lift the Ranchos gave me. Wish I could be sitting at 39.75" right along with ya

Not really that i can think of , and as far as my height difference alot of it was the tire those hankooks run true to size if not slightly larger. Where as BFG from what i can tell run a little small when side by side with hankooks , i think your sitting pretty good ill tell you though i love how my truck looks but i knocked mpg down to 14.5 but thats okay didnt get it for fuel economy but next truck i told myself im just gonna buy with every option imaginable so i dont feel the need to mod lol theres a king ranch in my future thats for sure

My truck's gas mileage went down quite a bit after the new tires and level. I got it tuned and got a CAI and my mileage went up .5 or so. Then I got a 4" cat back exhaust and when I was going 55 on a road trip I was getting up to 22.4mpg. I haven't gone on a long road trip at high way speeds (70-80) yet so I'm not sure how much I've improved there but as soon as I topped everything off with that 4" pipe my mileage went back up almost to where I was with my stock michelins
