Finally sprayed the Rustoleum Bed Liner in the rear fender wells yesterday, just taped up the edge of the painted fender to avoid any overspray. It turned out alright. Wasn't sure how fast or heavy the spray was so it got a little runny in some places but I was able to clean it up as much as possible and not make it look like complete crap lol. Then I gave her a good bath and waxed her with Dupont Teflon Spray Wax and got 2 good coats of Rain-X on all the windows. Still trying to decisde whether or not to take the nerf bars off and spray the bedliner on them as well...

Curious, what made you go with the spray instead of the well inserts? I'm trying to decide which direction to go, that's why I ask.

Basically cost... $7 can of bed liner spray vs. $115-ish for the liners. Plus I was worried about debris getting caught above the liner.

Ordered some Forest Camo Ford rear seat covers. My dog Noah rides back there sometimes so this will help protect the seats.

The fiance also bought me a crossover low profile toolbox from Tractor Supply for my birthday

Looks pretty good. I think I might try this as well for $7 and if I really dont like it I can still find a set of rugged liners and install in the future. How many cans did you use for both fender wells? Depending how it comes out, I'd definitely like to spray my chrome running boards with it.

I only used one can for both fender wells. Taped up the painted part of the fender that is folded in. Just painted what was visible to the eye. Over spray is going to happen, it can only help protect though. If you're going to do the running boards I would suggest a whole can per side, then one for the fenders.
