0.9% is for suckers!
Don't know about the older(pre-2013) FX4's but new ones in New Orleans area have a red themed gage cluster vs blue. I know it's personal preference but it was a turn-off for me. Glad to see Ford offering better parts throughout it's product line (Sound Screen), didn't even realize it was offered until researching trucks and the article I read was dated.
And 1fifty, although it has plenty of HP - it'll never have the torgue my Superdauty had. I still get a little teary eyes at times.
Thanks guys

Yeah I wonder about that. You didn't get the fx appearance package so maybe 13 changed the fx4 gauges.
I noticed the "sound screen" windshield but nobody can tell me anything about it. I don't have any noise in my F150, it's about like my F250, just road noise anyway.

To answer your question jjacksonford, I did an extensive amount of research on the warranty issue(s) and this is what I found out after talking to several Ford dealers, install shops as well as Roush:
1. Factory powertrain warranty is void, some Ford dealers will say otherwise but you will be hard pressed to have one Ford dealer install a SC then have a different Ford dealer attempt to perform factory powertrain warranty work
2. Roush offers a 3 yr/36 mo optional powertrain warranty (different from their 3 yr/36 mo parts warranty) for around $400 for their 525 HP 5.0L Phase 1 kit. I have the 570 HP Phase 2 kit. They just started offering an optional warranty for this system if installed by an authorized dealer and the price is $1495 for 3 yr/36 mo. Most people will say that's crazy but there is an enormous amount of new risk involved so I feel the price is justified.
All in all I'm very satisfied which is what I was aiming for, to satisfy my personal need for HP and the right appearance.
Thanks for the compliments and interest.
