2013 Oxford White FX4 Build
Hey everyone, wanted to start a build thread for my new to me 13' FX4. I'm finally back into a Ford after several years, previously owned an 01' GT and an 03' Mach 1. Picked up my 13' FX4 about a month ago. Basic stuff for now, 2" level and wheels/tires, but I'm loving it so far. Here's some pics after detailing it for the first time. I'll try to keep the post it updated as additional mods are made. Let me know what you think and any suggestions for the future!

Thanks for the kind words. Your build looks great, lots of ideas there for me. Probably won't do more than some bolt-ons (but that's always how it starts right?). How do you like the AFE intake and tune? I'm planning on starting there. I've been all over youtube trying to find an exhaust setup that I like the sound of, but the ecoboost with aftermarket exhaust just doesn't seem to do it for me.

Thanks for that, yours looks great as well, loving the grille and light setup. I looked long and hard for a 5.0, even though there's less tuning potential in the stock 5.0 than the ecoboost, I really wanted the sound of a V8, but I finally settled for the ecoboost.

I like the intake. It looks better than the concoction that was on the truck when I got it, and it sounds good. BUT, if it would have been the stock intake on it, I probably would have just left it alone. Everything I've read says there's not much value in swapping (for the 5.0 anyway). Now the tune? I love the tune! Completely different truck with it. I agree on the ecoboost exhausts....just doesn't seem right to me
