That would work and there are two reasons I didn't get the raptor because it doesn't have an option for the ecoboost and a proper size bed. What can I do with a 5.5' bed? I use my truck as a truck so for me the foot less is a big deal.

Yeah I don't haul too much haha I tow some jetskis like a couple times a year and I carry my mountain bikes a lot but that's about it. My dad has the raptor and at first I was against it but it comes with so much that would cost me significantly more to do the work aftermarket then to trade

plus i would have a lot of fun with a 6.2 (or an ecoboost) coming from a 5.4

Thanks and I'm paying what almost a dollar cheaper for gas and I've heard guys getting 20 mpgs with a few mods to their diesel. You had me confused for a little with the 6.4. My buddy has

A 6.2 and the ecoboost are fun. I put the programmer on and it's even more fun with a basic SCT 87 tune. Since you aren't doing a whole lot then the extra foot wouldn't make too much a difference. I use mine for hauling some stuff for work and hauling the quad around so the 6.5 would be the smallest I could go.

I got the fox shock back Sunday and put them back on and what a bitch to get the oem struts with the 2.5" level off. I had to take the lower control arm off and then Fox put the one upper mount on backwards so it took me 5 hours to change them back out and they still make the clunking/ ratting noise, so I have to give them a call later. I'll probably send both shocks back for them to double check both of them and lower the ride height an inch to get more wheel travel. The hoses to the resi were rubbing so i got them zip tied but I need new wheels. I found these wheels yesterday and I like them better than the Hosses, plus they are like 30-40 bucks cheaper too.

Thanks the guys on the lifted truck forum for making me think of how much money I have in tools cause I just ordered a Weatherguard 47" tool chest for the bed. With the bed covered you would never see it. It would look like this.

How did you bolt it down? How much did that chest run you?

It's pretty good, I wanted to go bigger but it wouldn't fit on the floor of the bed. They give you Molly bolt things so I can just keep them in the bed. I wanted it to bolt in easy so I can remove it easy. The box was just a little over 700.
