You're going to find out that you're headlights are shinning into smaller sedans while you're sitting at a stoplight. Particularly, your driver's side is going to shine their side mirror. As they pull away from you and you put a couple of car lengths between you two, then you're lights should only be hitting their trunk/bumper and shouldn't be up in the cabin.

Ok and it will be good to know this for when I do my lift in a few months. I know the 35watts were bright but I can't imagine these 50watts.

I see what you meant about aligning them cause I noticed they were pointed up. I don't know how far I brought them down but at least till I get them fine tuned they aren't blinding people.

Thanks and I love the look of the white and chrome. I'm not sure if anyone has done those colors yet but I'm still kicking myself for not getting the truck in ruby red cause that would look even better.

The 50watt high and lows. I did notice the light seams to wider driving down a 4 lane highway.

It's been too long since I was up the mountains so I finally got up there this past weekend.

Amazing how wide the light distribution is, isn't it?

Yeah it is. I have something going on with the wire harness and relay, one of the lights went out yesterday and even with one light it was ok driving. Now I have a project this weekend to replace it since Dawson is sending a new one out today. This morning everything was fine but yesterday they were stuck on so I had to remove the fuse for a few minutes and then they shut off and that was before the drivers side light went out after a 2 hour drive.

That sucks. The harness is definitely the weak link. I got a spare from Dawson just in case I had a hiccup.

I took the quad out riding Saturday in the snow and the truck got to play a little in it heading to the parking spot.
