2013 Lariat Baby Raptor Build Thread
So after a few months of owning the truck I finally started a build thread. I guess she's about half way done. I named her White Lightning for being white and fast. White Lightning started off as a Lariat crew cab and 6.5' bed with the luxury package, 4X4 with the ELD, 3.73 gears and 20" wheels.
When she first came to the dealer after ordering her.
When I got her in January.
Amp Power steps installed.
On my way to get the Line-x premium installed.
I got the Truxedo Low Pro QT installed. I was between this and the roll n lock but I figured what they can't see would be enough for someone not to steal the stuff out of the back of the truck so we'll see. I can finally use the bed and this is way better than my first trucks bed cover with the Extang snaps.

Since I sold my old truck I put the money from that into the suspension from RPG. I've had some up and downs with them and Fox but I plan on getting everything back on in the next few weeks. I was getting a klunking noise from the front end for a few months so everything came off and is slowing going back on. I purchased the Fox 2.5 reservoir shocks, UCAs and used Raptor rear shocks from RPG, then added a Pro Comp AAL.
I had the uppers and lowers messed up and cracked my knuckle, so I welded it and got a new knuckle.
Not the prettiest but it worked for a few days.

New truck VS old truck with a 5" lift/ level and 33s.
Getting some stone for the driveway.
One of my favorite mods so I can use the area behind the seat but I learned you can put boxes or tool boxes back there lol.
Loaded up to go riding.
I added some bed lights off the amp steps so I can see with the cover down at night.
I was toying around with the idea of trying to get more height up front but I was a little maxed out with the CV boots hitting the LCA so back down she went even thought I liked the height.

I went riding for the day and had to tow my cousin.
I finally got the tires I was looking for, first I was trying to get Toyo AT2 in 35x12.5 or 305/55r but they were back ordered, then I was looking at the Pro Comp Xtreme ATs but they were 80 bucks more than the MT ATZs so they came in saturday and will be going on tomorrow.

Does this mean you are not running the Fox shocks anymore? I have been playing with the idea of replacing the UCA's to regain some of my down travel with my level but I am worried that allowing more down travel will put too much stress on my CVs.
