That's awesome man. I want to wire my bumper light bar and eventually rear lights to switches in that exact spot but I don't know how I'm going to get the wires from the firewall to that spot.
If you look there should be some rubber grommets already going through the firewall that you can use. Thats what i used.
build is coming alone nicely. Gotta love the lightbars, I just got home from driving down country roads. Turned pitch black night to day& mines just a 30" I can just imagine how bright that 50" is in person
I think the build is done, for now anyways.
Yeah its kind of hard to show in pictures. Definitely brighter than i was expecting. Still need to see if i can get rid of some of the whistle it makes when driving.
They are stock FX4 headlights. Checked out your build, great looking truck.
I appreciate that, I just stumbled upon your thread this morning and read every word of the 8 pages, definitely came together nicely. I'm at the point where I keep making changes, 16k into it and still not happy. I can't image what you have invested to this point.
So I've been noticing my rear locker engaging itself, even with it switched off. Been happening every few days. On Saturday it just stayed engaged (below 20 or 25mph) no matter what I did. Started messing around with it, if I keep the switch pushed to the right it works fine. Must be the wiring/or switch. Haven't had a chance to run by the dealership yet. Currently have a knife keeping it pushed over.
Oh and 6 of my LED's are somehow dim half the time. Not sure what's up.
