Looks unreal! Very nice, very jealous.
I, personally, would look into getting new headlights, to get rid of those amber corners, which look a little off to me with the rest of the truck being black/red. Also, I recently ordered new bulbs for my truck, including license plate illumination bulbs, I was thinking cool white or a red bulb would look pretty sweet on yours.
Just my $0.02. Again, very sweet truck!

Thats one of the things that I liked about that kit, that made it look very nice, like you said, that R looks like the one from the Raptor logo. As far as the graphics go, I wanted it to look as factory as possible.

Looks damn nice!!! Those black rims make that truck, with the other silver rims it didn't look as nice. I would also paint where the reflectors on the mirrors are supposed to be red.

I will be installing some Black Spyder CCFL Headlights, anyone else have experience installing these lights? It seems straight forward, I need to know which wire to splice into for the Halos/LEDs.
