Can't do that to our ecoboosts. That's where the intercooler gets all the air from.

Damn, y'alls truck are lookin damn good. Really want to pickup a replacement bumper in the future but deciding on what I want to get. Go the budget but good route with the NFAB RSP, a full fledged bumper like bamaboy94 , ADD Venom bumper, or a ranchnad with grille protector with a light bar. Ahh Decisions, decisions. lol

Take off your lower air dam. I did and asked my service guy, he's convinced I would get PLENTY of air over the lower inter cooler even with a 20"

I mean the 20" doesn't cover the while opening.

You could easily mount a light bar behind your grille.

FWIW, I've seen a few people with Ecoboosts who hav mounted 20's in the bumper. No problems. And you guys should do this (clearly I need to do something about my headlights… Should be happening soon)

I wish I had the grille to fit one behind, 6 bar doesn't allow enough light to come through. I'm in the process of getting a 50 inch, possible two, to mount on the roof

SR lights fit pretty well behind the 6 bars.
