I still think NFAB. NFAB with lights or custom plates on the sides to fill the holes. The ADD would have to be bare like you said and PC PTM cause that textured black finish looks bad on a black truck.

Bumpers are one of those things that are more "badass" than stock, but look "worse", if that makes sense. They just don't flow properly to my eye.
You're right. Bumpers have to flow with a look, or theme of a truck. Every bumper won't look good on every truck. Personally, I like a sleeker, cleaner look, versus the bigger, bulkier look. An iron cross, or plate bumper wouldn't look right on my truck, however, bamaboy94 hit the look dead on with his combo. I don't think a prerunner style would look right with his truck. Again, all just my opinions. After getting the pics side by side, I'm leaning toward the ADD. It's sleek, clean and keeps with the lines of the truck. A little pricey, sure, but we're not in this hobby to save money. Now to convince the mrs that I need another 1500 bucks for truck parts... Ha ha ha!!!

The ADD is sleeker, and I usually love them. Maybe it's the textured black that's throwing the look off. I tend to think only 3/4+ ton trucks can pull those bumpers off, but Bama's does look pretty good.

I really just want a PTM stock white bumper, but I'd like more clearance for 20x12s (STILL can't decide betweens 10s and 12s!) and I don't feel like sourcing bumpers and getting them painted, just to look stock lol.

I figured you'd be in the "dog pound" on the mods for a while after those damn wheels! Guess the new house doesn't need new kitchen things for her?

ADD for sure. Nfab looks out of place. Just my opinion.

Lol yeah sold it to someone he knows that he rents a cabin from or something like that so he sees it all the time he said. He just built a brand new 4runner I believe. Thing looks badass

I ordered my ADD bumpers through 4wheelparts and it was cheaper than what I could get direct. I had a forum discount from another forum.

Now, be cautious as hell. My front bumper was correct but they shipped me the wrong rear bumper and 2 months later I am still waiting on them to make it right. Every excuse in the book has been used.

Here ya go! Free shipping and no tax charged (even though TX usually requires it). Yours is also $732. jedeckert1984

I like the cost of the NFAB but I like the solid built feel and look of the iron cross. The NFAB just doesn't seem as well built.

I can chime in on that. As far as quality goes my iron cross is sturdy and well out together.

I have NFAB side steps and they're great,so I trust that it'll be of quality. The bumpers are suuuuper different though; huge steel replacement vs. aluminum pre-runner. I just can't do one of those giant steel bumpers, consumes the whole front end too much IMO. They still look good with the right set up, but not for me. I've thought about getting a TAG one though. Few buds/guys on the other forum have them, just gotta wait for a really long time to get them.

I don't like "pre runner" trucks at all, I actually kind of hate them when they have fiberglass fenders, but I want some kind of aftermarket bumper, and the NFAB is the favorite.

Yeah I wouldn't go with the textured black, I'd order raw, and paint to match the truck.

I'm never in the dog pound on mods. I have a very understanding wife. We've been together long enough that she knows that when I say I'm done with mods for awhile, I usually mean for a few weeks. Lol.... And I just bought her a new house, and she's getting new bedroom furniture and living room furniture, and washer/dryer set, so she'll pretty much let me have whatever I want. Lol
