Thanks man I am going to take a break from the expensive mods for a while since I'm wanted to buy a house soon. But im going to try and knock out a lot of the smaller stuff on the list.

So quick update.

The HID hasn't gone exactly to plan.. (I ruined the first set.)

Now I have a second set of Headlights and really hesitant to mess these up too.

Anyways.. haven't done much else to the truck. Mostly just enjoying the weather on my bike.

Well lets just say I sort of kinda melted the first lens and then almost succeeded on the second only to break it in half.....

I would be very careful about how you heat them up, and do your research. I got impatient on the first headlight and melted the lens.

The second I almost had apart until I pulled too hard on the lens and it snapped in half.

I really need to start the process on the new heads, but I'm pretty nervous about throwing another $100 down the drain. Although I am still way under what it would cost to pay someone to do it.

FWIW, I spent like $125 for my HID kit (6K) and install on my 2013 Malibu. Lifetime warranty, and it's only like an hour from Tega Cay
