Default Update 12/8/2013

Finally finished up wiring up my lights, here are the results:

So for awhile I've been set on making my truck leveled, new tires/rims, and maybe some fender flares and that would be the extent of my exterior modifications. But after seeing patclarke 05 pre-runner build, I think I'm going to go that route. Not as extreme as he is going, but a pre-runner bumper, tire rack, long travel suspension, etc. So I won't do many more mods before tax returns.

I've been looking for Saleen grills online, but can't find any. Have they been discontinued?

Well it's been awhile since I posted. Since the last time I posted, I've put on a 2" leveling kit. I will post pictures in the morning when it's light outside.

My next project is to install 3000k HiD fog lights.

So here's some before & after with the leveling kit. I also took off the running boards because I thought they looked cheap and made the truck look low sitting.

Here's before:

Picked up some 3000K HiD 35W fog lights. Going to try and get them installed today. Also plan on taking off the Raptor lights and relocating the Rigid's. Will post pictures if I get around to it later.

Put in the fog HIDs 3000k

Will take more pictures when it's dark.

So as I said before , I installed the fog HiD. I chose practicality over looks, so I chose 3000k. (yellow) It took about 45 minutes to install, and didn't need a wire harness. The hardest part was figuring out where to put the ballasts. Here's some pics:

Just headlights on:

Daayyyyummmm... Day into night man.. I like the functionality of the 3000k fog lights, makes more sense than having a second set of the exact same lights. The yellow will be nice for night time snow driving. You gotta get some pictures of the level kit without a snow berm in front of you...and maybe a bath for the girl? jk jk

I keep going back to how nice your exhaust sounds... I need to do something about that.

Muffler City hooked me up. Super Series 40 Flowmasters. It sounds perfect. Loud when you are giving it gas, mild when you're cruising or I idling.
