Default 2005 F150 XLT SuperCab Build by Stage3Motorsports.com

One of our employees here picked up a clean 2005 5.4L Supercab, so we did a mild build on it. Here are some of the items we installed:

Airaid 5.4L Intake
EDGE CTS Tuner
Carriage Works Upper Grill
Carriage Works Lower Grill

BAKflip VP tonneau Cover - 6.5 Bed

Zone 4 Inch Lift Kit
Fuel 20x9 Hostage Wheels in PVD
35x12.5x20 Fuel Tires

Here are some stock/ before pics.

BTW the 2007 Black F150 in these pics has a zone 6 inch lift and 35x12.5s. View the 2007 F150 build progress.

Question regarding the 20's. Is that due to choice or because the kit required it?
I just like the idea of 18's or maybe even 17's when it comes to airing down.

Question: Any idea what gears he is running?

Zone says you can run any of these set ups: We went with 20x9s just so that it matched the black truck for comparison pics.

  • Back Spacing: 4.5
  • Max Tire Size: 35 X 12.50
  • Wheel Size: 18 X 9
  • Back Spacing: 4.5-5
  • Max Tire Size: 35 X 12.50
  • Wheel Size: 20 X 9
  • Back Spacing: 4.5-5.5
  • Max Tire Size: 35 X 12.50
