Default 2001 Supercrew build.

This is going to be a slow build thread. I have to get together the pictures i have but i wanted to get it started. Its a 2001 f150 lariat/supercrew 4x4. Background on the truck is that my dad is a mechanic at a ford garage this truck came in to their shop the family thinking it needed a tranny. My dad looked at the truck and saw it had 4 new goodyear wranglers on it so he offered the lady $400 for the truck so he could have the tires. So my dad brings home this truck right around the time im getting my license. One day we were looking it over and he determined that the tranny was fine but it needed a transfer case and asked me if i wanted it. Obvioulsy i didnt and couldnt say no lol. It was rough. the interior was very dirty. i took everything out of the interior except the headliner. the truck came from arizona and there was dust everywhere inside the truck. i pressured washed the whole interior of the truck. Pressure washed the carpet and repainted the dash. After that we fixed the transer case and did some maintence on the truck because we werent sure what had been done. The exterior had hail damage and a bent tailgate so my dads buddy who does auto body work fixed the dents and repainted the truck for me. After all of this work it turned out great. I didnt do to many mods at first but lately ive been getting more done. I dont have alot of pics but what i have i will post and from now on i will keep updated what i do. Any comments or suggestion are appreciated. Thanks for looking!

I took the toneau cover off first and the step bars cuz i wasnt really a fan of them. I wish i wouldve kept the step bars though. I added a sony xplod head unit and pioneer speakers that winter. I also got smoked altezza tail lights which i wish i wouldnt have. I got the black housing with smoked lens which look great but i shouldve went with the clear lens because people are always blowing their horns and almost hit me becasue in the day time you cant see my turn signals. Im planning to order new ones with the clear lenses since they are only about $60 on ebay.

Recent upgrades are:
Removed lariat stripe
Lightining Headlights
Leds under the dash
Led swap for interior lights
Led third brake light
Flowmaster Super 44 Muffler SI/DO
Painted grille

Upcoming upgrades:
Leveling Kit
295/70/17 tires
Led fogs and Led light bar
09+ badges
Tint front windows to match the rear
Add some ford ovals each side of the rear window

This weekend im spraying the frame and underbody with underbody paint to prepare for the upcoming winter. The frame and underbody are in great shape since it came from Arizona. Just doing this as a preventative measure since the state puts salt on the road if we get a couple flurries.
Ill be adding pictures of the upgrades ive done sometime soon.

Hey, nice looking rig Lucas. Question for you, how did you wire in the blue LEDs under the dash?

Thanks! Not where i want it yet but Im working on it. and BrowningScrew has a video on how to wire up the leds under the dash. but just find a power source to tap into to get power. I used the cigarette lighter wires and put the lights on a switch. Not difficult if you know a little about wiring. If you have question pm me.
