The muffler is actually a Flowmaster Super 40 Series Delta Flow 2 In, 2 Out, part#8525454 and it sounds and works great. I've got it set up as a true dual with the "crossover" being the muffler itself. It's load enough to sound kinda mean, especially at full throttle, but just quiet enough in the cab (no drone) for long freeway stints. Highly recommended!
Nice! That's a cool setup.

The suspension is really impressive as well. Loving all of the welding and fab work.

Dropped off Tabitha to get her 60% passenger's seat made into a 40% match to the driver's seat at upholstery shop, Pictures tonight. Then modification to the Navigator center console I bought last week begins to fit Lowrance GPS and race radio.

Got her back from the upholstery shop and now have two 40% buckets and making mods to a Navigator center console to fit Lowrance HD-7 Gen 2 GPS and Rugged Radios 2 way race radio. Forgot to take before shots, but you guys know what 60-40 bench seats look like. Cost about the same as buying used, stained and smelly boneyard seats out of another truck. Got some tweaking and painting to do, here it is just mocked up filling the hole.Name: IMG_0852_zpsht4tphbm.jpg

Selling my Kicker 10 inch SUB-WOOFER with enclosure, fits under Super Cab back seat. Thought I'd put it up here before it goes on CL $100 picked up in San Jose. Works great, but I'm putting a smaller one into my new center console and need the bucks for the new speaker, and the room under the seat for stuff:

KICKER! small tear in cover.

Seat down.

Seat up.

Love your truck! I think you should put Lightning headlamps and corners and some fabbed bumpers!

IDK if you were planning on painting that camper shell black, but I really like it green with the truck being black. Gives it a military look. Maybe you could change out your decals and badges to be painted to match the green to add more accents. Just a thought!

Thanks, Yeah, it's getting a hybrid of prerunner tube and "bro" plate bumpers I've been designing but first I have to finish with the center console and electronics. The parts and stuff are cluttering up my den.
Been mocking up the mods to the console, but I need to go get some ABS and Tap Plastics is closed till Monday. I did put it in the cab and it's going to work perfectly and if I can work the ABS as well as my brother in law does with his motorcycle fairings, it will look cool too.
Since I finally got the Lowrance and found out it isn't wider than the console, it's going to be much easier. The GPS and Race Radio will stack nicely and my light switches and Trans Temp gauge will just fit between them and the original console cup holders. I'm only going to loose use of the in dash cup holders, but the 12volt ports I think will still be accessible.

The shell and fenders need to be painted black, but I was waiting to see if I'm going to need rear bedsides too and paint them all at once.

Making some progress on the console. Got the main part tweaked up fitted and ABS welded (using scrap ABS and soldering iron) on to the removable drink holder part of the console. Hope to finish it up for painting on Sunday. Re doing the cup holders too, bought some 3" to 2.5" ABS couplings to use remaking them. Doing away with the coffee cup handle cutouts and making them a little deeper. Have some fill pieces already in between the new part and the cup holders, just didn't get pics, that and filling in the other open spots, wanna cut the openings for the electronics Sunday too, if all goes well.

Made some more progress on the center console smoothing out things, filling holes and redoing the cup holder. Worked on the speaker box in the frame under the console, in preparation for the sub-woofer too. Tons more sanding and smoothing to come, before cutting the holes out for the electronics. Still haven't decided on how many gauges and switches between the there and the cup holders, any ideas. I know I want a Trans. Fluid Temp. gauge, and I have 4 switched for Aux. Lighting to put somewhere. If they don't go in the console, there is room on either side of the steering column in the dash, the only flat spot on the entire thing.

Pre-fiberglassing with the dividers in and a hole for the vent tube. Far from an expert in acoustics so I hope it sounds good. After glassing the inside of the box, the outside will get some FatMat as will most of the tan colored parts right now, to keep the rattling and vibration down. It will get a two tone gray paint job when it's done. Lots of sanding and filling first though.

I know it looks like crap now, especially in the picture, but in person and when its all painted I think you'll all like it. It's getting an 8 inch low profile Kicker Sub, and of course I'll have more pics as things get done, and yes those cup holder parts came from home depot, 3" to 2.5" ABS coupling adapters, plastic welded in place. I see lots of bondo and sand paper in my near future.
